The last nine months have certainly been testing for all however, we are appreciating life in Portugal with minimum restrictions such as the wearing masks in public indoor spaces and the use of anti-bacterial gel.

As a winter destination, Algarve is open to visitors. There are over 40 golf courses, multiple historical attractions, an ornithologists’ dream of migratory and resident birds, cycling and hiking routes galore, skydiving, the list of activities is endless.

During this time of uncertainty, the opportunity to enjoy outdoor pursuits is even more important with our mental health now very much in focus. Of course, the benefits of a varied diet including fresh fish, vegetables and fruit offer an additional plus to visitors in Algarve.

Christmas is a fabulous opportunity to spend quality time with extended family and friends.
